Frogging season is here! Take a trip to the waters of Gardner Camp to learn how to harvest frogs. Frog identification, safety, equipment, harvest methods, and hunting strategies will be discussed. The event will begin with a frog legs tasting and will include instruction in both the classroom and in the field where participants will be able to practice harvest methods. Frogging equipment is provided. Ages 10+. Participants under age 16 do not require a fishing license.  This event is provided in partnership with the Illinois Conservation Foundation.
