Frogging season is here!  Take a trip to the waters of Gardner Camp to learn how to harvest frogs.  Frog identification, safety, equipment, harvest methods, and hunting strategies will be discussed.  The event will take place both in the classroom and in the field where participants will be able to practice harvest methods and learn how to clean and cook their catch.  Frogging equipment is provided.  Ages 10+. Participants under age 16 do not require a fishing license.  This event is provided in partnership with the Illinois Conservation Foundation.  Pre-registration is required and space is limited.
